'We really liked this, and it was on our shortlist, but felt the text in boxes detracted from the overall design'.Interestingly, the pupils of the school were amongst the panel who shortlisted the submissions and so many of the comments came directly from them. However, this was most likely important for the school to involve students in the selection of designs, allowing them to engage with things outside of their lessons, and having an active roll in the development and improvement of their school which was something their ASPIRE system aims to do.

OUGD503 - Banner Design Brief - Whitecoate's Feedback
Unfortunately, my design had not been selected for use in the school, however after receiving individual feedback from Whitecoate Primary School themselves it was found that my banner was on their shortlist of designs. Feedback stated:
